1. General

The site presents active leisure services in Aukštaitija.

2. Services and booking

You submit an enquiry through the booking form, stating your preferred date, number of people and service. Submitting an enquiry is not a final booking – we confirm it after contacting you and agreeing the details, time and price.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are agreed individually based on the chosen service and circumstances. Payment terms are provided and agreed when confirming the booking.

4. Cancellation and changes

Please notify us of cancellations or changes in advance using the contacts provided. Due to unfavourable weather or safety we may offer another date or route.

5. Liability and safety

Active leisure in nature (paddling, hiking, sauna) involves certain risks. Participants must follow safety instructions and assess their health and abilities. Accompanying adults are responsible for minors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm caused by failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, photos, logo) is protected and may not be used without permission.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in Lithuanian courts.
